Based in West Lothian, Scotland, The Bagpipe Refurb Co Ltd repairs and refurbish highland bagpipes for clients from all over the world. They also manufacture their own line of highland bagpipes, and sell various products & accessories associated with highland bagpipes.
Alterations:
The Bagpipe Refurb Co Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product or service contained on this website. If such removal takes place, we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal. Prices and details, of products and services (and any offers) posted online are subject to change without notice. All products and services are subject to availability, and we give no guarantee in this regard.
Voucher codes and offers will be subject to a closing date, which will be displayed on the site.
To make a purchase:
Making a purchase is simple. Select the items you would like to purchase by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ button. After you have finished making your selections, click on “Basket” and you will be asked to register with the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.
We also accept payment by bank transfer.
Any pipes ordered must be paid in full before they will be shipped.
Tax:
For orders made from (or delivered to) the UK, 20% VAT is applicable. This is the price shown on the website as standard. All other orders are VAT free, and the VAT is deducted when an outside UK delivery address is added. Please note that items dispatched out with the UK may be subject to customs charges and these are the responsibility of the receiving customer, failure to pay customs charges will result in products being returned, and delivery charges being retained by The Bagpipe Refurb Co Ltd
Delivery Schedule:
All in stock items are shipped with 3-5 working days. Items that are custom order or require manufacturing, may take a little longer, but we will keep you informed. Bagpipe customers will be updated on progress and will receive notification prior to dispatch and tracking information, if appropriate.
If the goods are not delivered within 10 days of the dispatch date, we must be notified immediately, or we cannot accept responsibility for the lost goods. Any claims arising from damage in transit must be made to The Bagpipe Refurb Co Ltd upon receipt of the goods.

Guarantee:
All bagpipe sets have a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 60 months. Damaged goods are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Where we deem neglect is the reason for any issues, we reserve the right to pass on any incurred costs.
Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving an order. The item(s) must be returned to us (at your own risk and cost) within 14 days.
If you do not pay for the cost of return, then we may deduct the cost of retrieving the goods from any refund due to you in respect of the order. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for all returns.
Non Delivery:
Tracked orders that are advised of non delivery will be refunded on return and inspection. Only the item costs will be refunded, initial delivery costs will be retained by The Bagpipe Refurb Co Ltd.
